There must come a day in a believer’s
life, when the excuse for their particular sin has no more weight with their
measured understanding; when the penny finally drops and they can no longer
justify certain behavioral patterns which Christ died for as acceptable. We
must ask God our Father and God the Holy Spirit to rock our world in exposing
the mediocrity of our lives, if in fact we choose to ignore certain sins in our
lives. Deception will always look to keep us from the truth; BUT GOD who is
rich in mercy will expose that which needs uncovering. Thank you Father for your
loving kindness; and your willingness to forgive our sin; even if we have acted
deceitfully in a particular area throughout our Christian life! We must confront whatever needs confronting! God
help us be true to Him and to ourselves…
We are on earth to learn obedience,
even if that takes us a lifetime. I love you Lord Jesus and I thank you for
your patience with me, there is no one like you, many have given up but you
stick closer than a brother and for that I will be forever thankful, praise
your name, now and forever more!
