This is how we are defined on social media, where do you fit? There is a definite decline in the mindset of the Gen Z generation of God's laws, which is evident especially, for the older generation. The world and its morals are intensifying out of control. The thought of the law of God is almost non-existent, but do not be fooled God will have the final say!

 

This deception that has gained traction and gaining momentum at an express pace is the mind set of so many Gen Z’s. We as the Gen X have destroyed their earth and we are to blame. The planet is dying! There is enough scientific evidence to prove deterioration. However, we as a species do not have it in our power to save or destroy God's creation, which is simply another lie. God will decide the outcome of His creation not us as the created. No matter how much plastic we contain, or how many trees we plant, it will never sway God’s judgment. Judgment is coming and it is frightening to fall into the hands of the Living God! So turn to Him while you still can, the hour of Grace is still open to all, call out to Jesus, cry for rescue, confess your sin, and turn to His amazing stretched-out arms. So many are oblivious to what is coming but those who have been born again and washed in the blood of the Lamb know that the storm is coming. I can't put it any simpler get in line with God's plan, come the way of the Bible's instruction or you will pay a price almost too extreme to mention, but because the love of God compels me to be honest and declare His truth, hell a place of torment will be your end.

 

The time is coming when the lies from leaders and organisations will right off the natural disasters and their intensifying destruction as evidence of our folly and nothing more than global warming. But I say, on the evidence of God’s Word it’s the beginning of HIS judgment! Why? Because we now serve the planet instead of the creator, we as the world have turned our backs on God and he has had enough. JUDGMENT IS COMING!

 

“As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and the end of the age?” And Jesus answered them, “See that no one leads you astray.” (Matthew 24:3-4)

 

Some points to take note of… 

·         His disciples ask him a targeted question about the end of an age.

·         But before he specifies specifics he warns them about “deception”. This is extremely important and we must be alert to the lies of the nations.

 

“For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are but the beginning of the birth pains.” (Matthew 24:5-8) 

 

Now we need to examine some details, aids to help, and warning signs, which should heighten our sensors. As for me, this is an exciting time. The privilege God has given His children, insight into what is to come, hallowed be HIS NAME! 

  

Many will come with a message of hope but those who fall into the trap will be the ones deceived. Here is the essence of the deceptive lie; “For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. Such a one is the deceiver and the antichrist.” (2 John 1:7) 

 

·          Something like the blind leading the blind and both fall into the ditch…

·         “Wars and rumors of wars” – that has been happening for a long time, but with Israel at the center of things is interesting. And we are told not to be alarmed, “for this must take place, but the end is not yet.” 

·         “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom”, this has already begun and it will intensify all around the Israeli conflict.

·         “There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.” – Need I say any more on this…?

·         Our Saviour likens these events to a woman about to give birth, what a beautiful analogy, the end is not here yet but close! “All these are but the beginning of the birth pains.”

 

Warning given two thousand years ago about our time in history, will you pay attention to it, or gladly bury your head in the sand and hope for the best?
